Chupa is a young girl who was found as a stray and brought to the shelter when she was only a few weeks old, and only a tiny two pounds. She will stay a small dog when full grown. She has been raised at the shelter since January 2008 and has grown to be such a cutie! She has an adorable personality - full of spunk! She is doing fairly well in her crate-training and gets along well with other dogs. She loves people and thinks life was created for nothing more than to play. She really needs a caring home to keep her forever.
